Area of production: Vineyards in Col San Martino.
Type of grapes: 90% Glera, 10% Perera.
Method used: Wine making in “white”, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Sparkling process and natural fermentation take place in the autoclave for about 60 days at 13 - 14°C.
Alcohol content: 11,5%
Sugar residue: 20 g/l
Pressure at 20°C: 5 bar

Organoleptical features


Colour: Straw yellow with a hint of green. Delicate brilliance and persistent fizziness. Perlage fine and persistent.
Perfume: Intense sensory perception of apple, pear and apricot. The floral smell of roses and wisteria complete the bouquet.
Taste: Proud and full, well balanced. Crisp and savoury.
Aftertaste: Of great fragrance and freshness. Persistent and inviting.
Food affinities: Perfect as an aperifit or with biscuits and fine pastries.
Serving temperature: 6 - 8°C
